摘要
采用玄武岩废料经烧结水淬和未烧结两种不同方法制备喷涂材料,并利用等离子喷涂技术,在45#钢基体表面制备了涂层。利用XRD观察了涂层的组成,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察涂层的结构特征,采用全浸泡腐蚀实验、电化学测试方法评价了涂层的耐蚀性能。结果表明,涂层以非晶态为主,生成少量晶体,烧结涂层的玻璃化程度增加。玄武岩涂层可以提高金属的耐腐蚀性能,耐碱腐蚀性优于耐酸腐蚀性,采用烧结粉体制备的涂层,涂层组织结构和性能都有了一定的改善,涂层致密度提高,涂层耐蚀性大大提高。
The plasma-sprayed coating material which was made-up of waste basalt was prepared by different methods,sintered process or unsintered process,the plasma-sprayed coating was prepared on surface of steel 45#.The configuration of the coating was inspected with X-ray diffractometer,the microstructure observed by SEM,the corrosion resistance measured with all soaking test and electrochemical method.It was proved that the metal base plasma-sprayed coating contain amorphous microstructure and a small amount of crystals at the same time,sintered coating material is favorable to coating vitrification,and enhances the corrosion resistance of metal base.It was also found that the acid-resistivity of plasma-sprayed coating is better than alkali-resistivity.The sintered coating material is favorable to the performances of metal base plasma-sprayed basalt coating.
