摘要
为了研究不同基质镁碳砖对炉渣的抗侵蚀性,实验选用炉渣A对3种不同配方的坩埚试样进行了抗渣实验,同时采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱仪、X射线衍射等手段进行了微观分析。结果表明1#电熔尖晶石坩埚试样的性能指标最好。结合岩相分析知,1#坩埚试样抗侵蚀性最好,其渣蚀层最薄,为20.58 mm。2#和3#镁钙砂试样发生了难以控制的水化现象,其性能受到一定影响。
In order to study the slag resistance of bricks with different matrix,corrosion testing for the crucible samples with three different formulations were made choosing slag A.The microscopic structure of them were observed by scanning electron microscope,energy disperse spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results were that sample 1 concluding fused spinel had the best properties and the best anti-erosion by means of petrographical analysis.Its slag corrosion layer about 20.58 mm thick was the thinnest among the three.Sample 2 and sample 3 concluding calcium magnesium sand had a phenomenon of hydration which is difficult to control and their properties were affected.
