摘要
随着人口的增加、城市化进程加快、国民经济的发展及生活水平的提高等,水资源短缺将成为直接制约新郑市经济发展发展的瓶颈。针对新郑市地区特点,在分析水资源开发利用现状的基础上,以2007年为基准年,预测了新郑市规划年水资源供需状况,分析了新郑市未来发展的供需趋势,结合水资源开发利用现状中存在的问题,提出了水资源供给保障措施,为新郑市水资源的合理配置和规划管理提供参考。
With the increase in population,acceleration of urbanization,development of economy and improvement of people＇s living standards,the serious shortage of water resources is the bottle neck to control the development of social econmy.Based on analyzing the status of development and utilization of water resources,taking 2007 as the basic year,the demand and supply of water resources are predicted according to the regional characteristics of Xinzheng.The water resources supply measures are put foreward combining the problem of water resources development and utilization,which can provide support for decision-making and digital foundation for logical water resources allocation.
