失海渔民多元社会支持系统分析——以山东渤海沿岸四渔村为例

Social support system for lost sea fishermen——case study based on four fishing villages along Bohai Sea in Shandong Province

失海渔民是嵌入在社会关系之中的弱势群体,他们既有经济物质方面的需求,也有人际关系重构、身份的转变与认同、价值的体验和自我实现等方面的需求。失海后,这个群体所嵌入的多元社会关系网络也断裂了,因此亟需重建。对于失海渔民的社会支持中介,要采取市场、合作、公共服务等多元途径,因此,对于该群体需要从社会支持的内容、社会支持主体、社会支持中介等多个方面,构建一个多元的社会支持系统,才能有助于该群体的转型。

The fishermen who lost sea are the vulnerable groups embedded in social relations. They demand not only economic and material things, but also interpersonal reconstruction, identity transformation and self-fulfillment.. After they lost sea, the multiple social networks this group once embedded in are broken. So reconstruction is needed. For fishermen who lost sea, multiple channels, such as market, cooperation, public service should be taken. Therefore, the group needs social support content, social support subjects, and social support medium to build a multiple social support system to achieve transformation.
