摘要 介绍了中国石油广西石化分公司2.2 Mt/a连续重整装置的工程设计和开工情况。通过对反应器布置、扇形筒形状及氢气再接触冷冻系统等主要技术方案的分析对比,选出了反应器"2台+2台"叠置式布置、"梯形"扇形筒结构(OptiMiser^(TM))和丙烷冷冻系统作为最终工程设计方案。简单阐述了装置的开工情况及存在问题,并提出了建议。结果表明装置的工程设计是成功的。 The engineering design and start-up of Guangxi 2.2 MM TPY CCR unit were introduced. Through analysis and comparison of technical designs of reactor layout, scallop cylinder shape and hydrogen re-contact chilling system, 2+2 split stack reactor, OptiMiserTM scallop cylinder and propane chilling were selected. The unit start-up process and associated problems were described and corresponding measures were recommended.It is shown that the engineering design for the unit is successful.
