摘要
介绍了储罐设计中人们容易忽视和规范未提到的几个问题,包括储罐的经济性与安全性,储罐的倾覆和滑移,储罐的防腐,储罐罐顶的设计等内容。结果表明:常用的储罐都可按GB50341设计,大直径储罐(直径大于60m)推荐按API650标准的"变点法"设计计算,并应参考API650的要求施工,从本质上保证储罐的经济和安全。
The considerations which can be easily neglected and have not been covered in applicable codes and standards are discussed, including tank＇s economics and safety, tank＇s tilting and sliding, corrosion protection and roof design, etc. The conventional storage tanks can be designed in accordance with standard GB50341. For the large-diameter tanks （60 m diameter or greater）, ＂variable-design-point＂ in API650 is recommended for design calculation and the tank shall be constructed based upon API650 so as to ensure intrinsic safety and economic operation of the tank.
