摘要
目的初步评价社区标准化家庭在社区实践教学中的应用效果,为规范社区护理实践教学提供依据。方法将学生分为两组交叉进行标准化家庭评估和普通家庭评估,使用家庭评估教学效果学生评价问卷和教师评价问卷评价标准化家庭的教学效果,使用家庭评估内容检测表评价学生对家庭评估知识的掌握程度,应用t检验和交叉设计方差分析进行统计学分析。结果学生对于家庭评估教学效果评价标准化家庭优于普通家庭(P<0.05),教师对于家庭评估教学效果评价标准化家庭和普通家庭差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),学生对于家庭评估知识掌握程度在家庭环境、家庭功能和家庭应对能力维度标准化家庭高于普通家庭(P<0.05)。结论标准化家庭在社区实践教学的应用能有效提高教学质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized families (SF) applied in the practice teaching of community nursing and to provide bases to standardize the practice teaching of community nursing. Methods Using cross - over design,the nursing students were divided into two groups doing SF assessment and general families (GF) assessment alternately. The student evaluation questionnaire and teacher evaluation questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect of the SF teaching. The family assessment content check table was used to evaluate the student's learning outcomes. The t test and crossover design analysis of vari- ance were used in statistical analysis. Results The students'evaluation on the effect of the SF teaching was higher than that of the GF teaching ( P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no statistically difference between the teachers'evaluations on the two teaching methods ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The students" learning outcomes of SF teaching were significantly better than those of GF teaching in the dimensions of family environment, family function and family coping ability ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Applying the SF in the community practice teaching can effectively improve the teachinz uualitv.
