摘要
目的探讨职业生涯辅导对护理本科生自我概念和自我接纳的影响。方法将110名自愿报名参加的护理本科生随机分为两组(干预组、对照组各55名),干预组接受职业生涯辅导,在辅导前后用W allace自我概念量表和自我接纳问卷进行调查。结果干预前,两组自我概念、自我接纳总分得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组的自我概念、自我接纳总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论职业生涯辅导可提高护理本科生自我概念和自我接纳能力。
Objective To explore the effects of career counseling on self - concept and self - acceptance among nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 110 nursing students were randomly dividied into two groups,the intervention group and the control group,55 in each group. The intervention group received career counseling. The students were investigated with Wallace Self - Concept Scale and The Self Acceptance Questiomlaire before and after the career counse- ling. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of self - concept and self - acceptance (P 〉 0.05 ). After the intervention, the scores of the self - concept and self - acceptance in the intervention group were both significantly higher than those of the control group ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The career counseling for undergraduates can improve their self - acceptance and self - concept.
