摘要
目的探讨安全且有效的一日腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理管理模式。方法成立一日手术小组,制订工作流程,实施手术前后护理管理。结果一日腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者平均住院日为(2.85±0.56)d、住院费用为(8 650.12±311.61)元、术后满意度为98.32%,无一例并发症发生。结论一日腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理管理流程是一套安全、有效的护理管理方法。
Objective To explore the safe and effective nursing management model for patients receiving one - day laparoseopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods A one - day surgery nursing team was established and provided nursing for patients before and after LC operation according to the flow processes specially developed for it. Results The average length of hospital stay was （2.85 ±0.56） d, and the hospitalization costs was （8 650.12 ± 311.61 ） yuan. The satisfactory rate of patients was 98.32% and no complications occurred. Conclusion The one - day LC nursing management procedure is safe and effective.
