糖原磷酸化酶BB型同功酶在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的应用

摘要
糖原磷酸化酶BB型同功酶(GPBB)是心肌细胞中特异的含量较高的一种酶,在心肌缺血损伤早期(2～3小时)即可释放入血,检测方便,极有希望应用于AMI早期诊断。本文就GPBB的生化特性、生理病理及检测方法、诊断价值作一综述。
