中药消痛散结膏外敷治疗癌痛临床观察及护理

目的观察消痛散结膏外敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将癌症患者共80例，分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组疼痛时给予强痛定肌肉注射，治疗组强痛定肌肉注射＋根据疼痛部位选用消痛散结膏外敷，每24小时换药一次。结果消痛散结膏具有较好的镇痛效果，持续减轻疼痛时间上优于对照组（p〈0．05）。结论消痛散结膏外敷对中重度癌痛有良好的镇痛效果，且该方法见效迅速，用法简便，价格低，易于被患者接受。

Objective Xiaotong Sanjie Plaster observed treatment of cancer pain clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 80 cases of cancer patients, 40 patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 40 patients. Conclusion Xiaotong Sanjie Plaster of moderate to severe cancer pain with good analgesic effect, and the method bear fruit quickly, use simple, low cost, easy-to-be patients.
