摘要 为了提高电网生产的精细化管理水平,使用3S、工作流引擎、构件及插件技术实现三维线路走廊管理、输变电设备管理及业务流程管理等功能,探讨了GIS与航空激光扫摸探测技术(LIDAR,Light Detection And Ranging)的综合应用。通过福建省电网生产管理系统功能的研发与实现,有效地促进了系统随电网生产业务变化不断发展与深化。实践证明,采用先进的LIDAR等信息化技术能推动电网生产管理的科学化、规范化和定量化。 This paper discusses the comprehensive application of GIS and LIDAR technology in improving the meticulous management level of grid production. Using 3S, work flow engine, components and plug-in technology, functions like 3D line corridor management, power transmission and transformation equipment management and business process management are fulfilled. The research and realization of new functions of the grid production management system in Fujian province boosts the further development and progress of the system to meet the changes of grid production business. Practice has proved that advanced information technology such as LIDAR can promote scientific, standardized and quantified management of grid production.
