摘要
通过对云南电网公司电力营销管理中具体工作、标准化工作、信息化工作现状的分析,提出了营销监控系统的应用框架设计,同时阐述了营销资源整合、业务流程监督、客户服务监管、营销运营管理等系统功能。提出了应依托信息技术,与电力营销监控系统建设紧密结合,建立具有全过程闭环管理模式的省、地两级电力营销监控标准化工作体系,可以较好地推动云南电网营销"一部四中心"体制的运作,对未来打造基于全员服务的营销监控指挥中心有一定的借鉴作用。
Through the analysis of the specific daily work, standardization and information system construction work during the power marketing management process in Yunnan Power Grid Corporation, the application framework of the electricity market monitoring system is design. This paper explains the system functions of marketing resources integration, business process monitoring, customer service supervision and marketing operation management. Using information technology, the electricity market monitoring standardization systems are built into two levels, provincial level and district level. It follows the closed-loop management pattern in the whole process and is consistent with the operational model of "one department and four centres" of Yunnan Power Grid Corporation. This practice will be beneficial to the construction of marketing monitoring command centre for whole staff in the future.
