为了建立全面、高效支持三门核电有限公司业务运作及管理决策的信息平台,实现三门核电有限公司核心业务信息集成应用,三门核电有限公司采用了项目管理信息系统对企业核电项目进行管理。围绕资金链管理、物资链管理和工程过程管理3条主线,介绍了三门核电有限公司项目管理信息系统在企业的应用情况,重点阐述了模块之间的信息传递和信息共享、软件的设计和实现过程及系统的特色,并对系统实施后的意义进行了总结,展望了系统的发展前景。
In order to build a comprehensive and efficient information platform to support the business operation and management decision making, Sanmen Nuclear Power Company develops Samen Project Management System （SPMS） to realize the integrated application of the key business information. This paper introduces the application of SPMS in capital chain management, supply chain management and engineering process management of the company. The information transmission and sharing between modules, the design and implementation of the software and system characteristics are illustrated. The meanings of system implementation are summarized, and the development direction of the system is predicted.
