摘要
目的建立开郁顺气丸厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱YWG-C18;流动相:甲醇:乙腈:水(50:20:40);检测波长:294nm。结果本法线性关系良好。厚朴酚、和厚朴酚法平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD:1.80%n=5),00.13%(RSD:1.20%n=5)。结论本方法简便,专属,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To develop a method for determination of magnolol and honokiol in kaiyushunqiwan . Methods Using RP-HPLC method with YWG C18 column,the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-water(50:20:40) ,the detection wavelength was 294nm. Results The method has a good linear dependuce.The average recovery of magnolol was 99.7%(RSD:1.80% n=5) ,and 100.13%(RSD:1.20% n=5) for honokiol. Conclusions The method is simpie,selective ang reproducible. It can be used for quality control of kaiyushunqiwan.
