碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对大鼠视网膜挫伤治疗作用的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对视网膜挫伤的保护作用及其机制.方法:54只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、挫伤组及挫伤治疗组,对自由落体致视网膜挫伤的SD大鼠在伤后即刻玻璃体腔内注射bFGF,并于损伤后3小时、12小时、24小时、72小时及120小时分别测定挫伤组及挫伤治疗组视网膜SOD、MDA及Ca2+含量的变化,并与正常组进行比较。结果:与正常组相比,挫伤组大鼠视网膜MDA、Ca2+含量明显上升,SOD含量明显下降(P〈0.05)、而与挫伤组相比,挫伤治疗组视网膜MDA、Ca2+含量均较降低,SOD含量则明显升高.结论:早期应用bFGF可以抑制视网膜内自由基的产生及Ca2+的超载,对视网膜挫伤具有保护作用。 To investigate the neurnprotective effect of basic fibrobtast growth factor (bFGF) on retina blunt trauma. Methods: Fifty-four Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to one of three groups: control, trauma and treatment. In treatment group, bFGF was administered intravitreously immediately following retina blunt trauma. The cnnlents of SOD,MDA and Ca2+ in retina were measured at 3h ,12h, 24h, 72h and 120h after retina blunt trauma. Results : Compared with control group, the contents of MDA and Ca2+ in retina increased markedly(P 〈 0.05) while the contenls of SOD decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05). However, the coulents of MDA and Ca2+in treatment group were significantly lower than those in trauma group (P 〈 0.05).while decreased of SOD was inhibited. Conclusion:bFGF used in early stage can inhibited the increase of free radicals and the calcium overload in retina and attenuate retina blunt trauma.
