摘要
目的:对肾移植术后受者CsA的血药浓度监测状况进行分析,探讨影响其血药浓度变化的可能因素,为临床合理用药提供参考和建议.方法:采用酶扩大免疫分析技术(EMIT)监测我院2008年1月至2008年12月肾移植患者术后1年的CsA血药魏度,并对其测定结果进行统计分析.结果:肾移植术后早期,患者CsA血药浓度监测数值相差较大,个体差异性明显;患者各时期血药浓度呈现由低到高、再逐渐降低的趋势;女性患者与男性患者相比,其血药浓度的波动较为明显。,结论:肾移植术后早期,需加强对CsA血药浓度的临床监测;性别等生理因素对CsA的体内代谢过程有一定影响。
Objective:Analyze on monitoring situation about blood concentration of Cylosporine A in recipients after kdney transplantation and investigate the factors which effect on variation of blood concentration of Cylosporine A, to provide reference and advice for clinical rational administration. Melhods : Adopt EMIT to monitor one-year blood concentration of Cylosporine A in recipients after kdney transplantation from Jun to Sep in 2008, and statistic the determination results. Resuhs:During early stage after kdney transplantation, individual difference of blood concentration of Cylosporine A is obvious; Blood concentration at various periods show trend that is low to high then down; fluctuation of blood concentration is more ohvions in female patient than male patient. Conclusion:During early stage after kdney transplantation, it is needed to strengthen monitoring blood concentration of Cylosporine A; Physiological factors as sex etc. could inflnence metabolic process of Cylosporine A in vivo.
