参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗室性早搏的临床观察

Shensongyangxin Capsule Combined with Clinical Observation of Amiodarone inThe Treatment of Premature Ventricular Contractions

目的：观察参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮片治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法：将98例室性早搏患者随机分成3组，对照组33例，口服胺碘酮片，每日200mg，每日3次，1周后按病情调整剂量；单药组31例，口服参松养心胶囊4粒，每日3次；联合用药组34例，同时服用参松养心胶囊和胺碘酮片，剂量同前，3组均以4周为1疗程，比较3组病人在治疗前后的临床症状、室性早搏的次数及不良反应情况。结果：联合用药组、单药组、对照组控制室性早搏的总有效率分别为91.2％、64．6％和72．7％；症状改善率分别为97．1％、71．0％、75．7％。联合用药组控制室性早搏的总有效率及症状改善率均优于单药组及对照组（P〈0．05），单药组与对照组控制室早的总有效率及症状改善率均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：参松养心胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗室性早搏疗效优于两药单独使用。

Objective：To ohserve Shensongyangxiu capsule combined with amiodarone tahlets in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions clinical efficacy. Metbods：98 patients with premature ventricular heals were randomly divided into 3 groups, control group 33 patients, oral amiodm＇one tablels, 200mg, 3 Ihnes a day, 1 week after dose adjustment according to the disease; alone 31 cases, oral argument Song Yang Xin Capsule 4 tablets, 3 times daily; combined treatment group, 34 palients while taking Shensongyangxin amiodarone capsules and tablets, the dose with the former, three groups were 4 weeks to I course of treatment, patients in the 3 groups clinical symptoms before and after treatment, the number of premature ventricular contractions and adverse effects. Resuhs：The combination group, single-drug group and control group total effective control of premature ventricular contractions were 91.2%, 64.6% and 72.7%; symptom improvement rate was 97.1%, 71.0%, 75.7%. Combination ： group, the total effective control of premature ventricular contractions and rate of symptom improvement over monotherapy group and the control group （P 〈0.05）, single-drug group and control group as early as the total effective control room and no significant symptom improvement rate differences （P〉 0.05）.
