手法整复治疗肱骨髁上骨折68例临床体会

目的：探讨运用中医手法整复同时配合中药治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。，方法：回顾性分析2（R）4年6月-2009年6月收治的68例肱骨髁上骨折患者的临床资料。结果：本组患者经40d-3个月的随访，结果显示优41例，良24例，差3例，优良率达到95．5％。结论：中医手法整复配合中药治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效肯定。在符合适应证的前提下可以在临床上推广运用。
