摘要
目的：分析小儿咳嗽处方应用精品饮片的情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：收集北京大学深圳医院2010年2月-2010年8月中医科小儿咳嗽的草药处方，以精品饮片与普通饮片从服药时间、主要成分使用量、主要成分单价、全处方价格四个方面统计分析。结果：在用中医治疗小儿疾患时，从小儿身体发育及治疗成本两方面考虑均应该选择道地、安全、有效的精品饮片。
Objective： To analyze the application of exquisite herbal medicine in prescriptions for infantile cough and to hnprove Ihe usage of the exquisite and conurton sliced herbal medicine. Methods： The data of Chinese herbal formulas of department of TCM of Peking University Sheuzhen Hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively from Feb. to Aug. 2010. The factors being analyzed include the medication time, the dosage of the man herbal ingredient, the unit-price of man herbal ingredient and the total price of whole prescriptions. Results： Exquisite sliced herbal medicine should be. chosen for its genuine, safe and effective characteristics in the case of infantile diseases treatment with Chinese traditional medicine based on the consideration of both physical development in children and whole treatment cost.
