晚期霍奇金淋巴瘤一线治疗新进展
摘要
晚期霍奇金淋巴瘤（Hodgkin’slymphoma，HL）主要是指Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者，有研究者将部分预后不良的I～Ⅱ期患者（主要是指有大肿块或B症状）也归入晚期HL。对于这部分患者，治疗上应以化疗为主。目前ABVD方案仍然是标准化疗方案。通过ABVD及其类似方案治疗，晚期HL可以获得70％以上的完全缓解（completeremission，CR）率，
