摘要
采用 2.2 15细胞为靶细胞,Ara-Amp为阳性对照药,观察肝毒清方单味药不同浓度水提物对2.2.15细胞分泌HBsAg、HBeAg的影响。结果表明,白马骨、木芙蓉、毛鸡屎藤、白花丹、山竹子、秋海棠水提物在一定浓度范围内,对2.2.15细胞分泌HBsAg、HBeAg有抑制作用。
Comparing with Ara-Amp, the effects of the water-soluble extracts from the single herb of the formula for Gan-duqing on HBeAg and HBsAg expression in 2.2.15 cells were studied.The results showed that the extracts of Serissa serissoides (DC) Druce, Hibiseus mutabilis Linn, Paedeuia scangens (Lour) Merr var tomentosa(BL) Hand-Mazz, Plambago zeylanica L, Garcinia oblougifolia Champ and Begprda edulia Levl had marked inhibition effects on HBeAg and HBsAg which expressed by 2.2.15 cells.
