原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的治疗策略及其进展

摘要
原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（PCNSL）是一种极其少见的B细胞性非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤，病变可累及大脑、脑膜和脊髓。目前认为PCNSL是一种先天性、医源性或获得性免疫缺陷相关的特异性疾病。在免疫缺陷患者中，PCNSL的发病率相对较高。手术一般仅限于对本病的诊断。PCNSL对皮质类固醇治疗、化疗、以及放疗等皆非常敏感，完全缓解率较高。但PCNSL的预后却远不如其他同期别的非霍奇金淋巴瘤。
