在国家电网公司信息化SG186工程的战略引领下,2009年以来华北电网有限公司从体制机制入手,开展组织体系、管控体系、架构体系、运维体系和绩效体系5个维度建设,全面夯实信息化深化应用的组织保障、管理保障、技术保障、服务保障和考核保障,为信息化深化应用工作的全面推进提供新的动力与活力。

Following the guidance of SG186 project strategy, since 2009, North China Grid Company Limited has carried out five-dimensional institutional construction, including organization system construction, management and control system construction, enterprise architecture system construction, maintenance system construction and performance assessment system construction. This reform guarantees the deepening application of information systems from five aspects of organization, management, technology, service and assessment, and provides new impetus and vitality.
