摘要
管理信息系统的建设需要遵循信息系统建设的客观规律,不能急于求成。系统建设的难点在于其功能需求总是在变。通过回顾在国家电网公司"十一五"信息发展规划指导下,湖南省电力公司按照现代软件工程学原理,采用迭代推进式方法试点建设生产管理信息系统的过程,再现了一个大型软件系统建设的重要步骤:需求分析、设计开发、测试、部署、培训、运维、评价反馈、迭代式推进等。系统最终以高分通过国家电网公司实用化评价。希望湖南省电力公司生产管理信息系统建设的一点经验,能为其他信息系统建设提供参考。
The construction of information system should follow objective laws, and cannot rush. The difficulty of information system construction is that function requirements are changing all the time. Following the "Eleventh Five-year Plan" of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) and modern software engineering principles, Hunan Electric Power Corporation constructs the production management system using iterative method. The important steps of large scale software system construction are displayed, which include requirements analysis, design and development, test, deployment, training, operation and maintenance, and iterative advancement. The system finally passes the practicality evaluation of SQCC with high mark. The construction experience will be consulted by other information systems.
