青海电力财务集约化建设成效及创新亮点

Achievements and Innovation Points of Financial Intensive Construction in Qinghai Electric Power Corporation

介绍了青海省电力公司在财务集约化过程中的创新做法以及取得的成效。用企业服务总线(ESB)统一系统集成平台,基于ERP实现检修运维标准作业成本管理,并实现实际成本的分摊分配,实现项目储备库的全口径管理、合同资金计划与ERP的集成应用等。对信息化和集约化管理中的相关课题进行了有益的探索。

This article introduces the innovation points and achievements in the financial intensive construction in Qinghai Electric Power Corporation. Enterprise Service Bns（ESB） integrates system platforms. Standard activitybased cost management and real cost allocation for operation and maintenance work, overall management of project reserve stock, and contract payment planning are realized based on ERP system. Corresponding topics of information construction and intensive management are studied.
