摘要
为提高天津市电力公司电网GIS空间图形化管理水平,公司于1999年开始建设"全天津市大集中"模式的电网GIS平台,后期不断完善。2009年列为国家电网公司《电网GIS平台改造》和《PMS与电网GIS平台应用集成》试点单位,依据国家电网公司下发的典型设计与规范对天津电网GIS平台进行全面的改造,同时围绕基础平台,逐步实现管道管理、客服支持系统、抢修及调度公务车辆管理等专业应用,实现了输、变、配电网的全设备空间信息管理及为其他专业管理系统提供标准的电网空间图形服务。
In order to raise the GIS spatial graphical management level, Tianjin Electric Power Company （TEPC） started to construct an integrated power grid GIS platform covering the whole city in 1999. In 2006, the company was listed in the pilot units of State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） for power grid GIS platform reform and application integration of PMS and GIS platform. Based on the typical design and standards distributed by SGCC, the overall reconstruction of Tianjin power grid GIS platform is undertaken. Starting from the basic platform, professional applications like pipeline management, customer service supporting system, and rush repair and dispatching management of official cars are realized step by step. Spatial information management of all the equipments of power transmission, transformation and dispatching network is achieved. Standard power grid spatial graphical service is also provided to other professional management systems.
