门诊肿瘤科中药处方用药情况分析

Oncology Outpatient Prescription Drug Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的：了解肿瘤科中药的用药特点和用量情况，为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法：采用随机抽样法抽取2008年10月至2009年3月门诊肿瘤科的中药处方426张，对处方内容进行统计分析。结果：处方中共使用了18种功效的中药，使用频率居前3位的分别是补虚药、清热药和利水渗湿药；药物使用频率≥5％的中药有59种，居前3位的依次是黄芪、薏苡仁、白花蛇舌草；处方中药味数最多的在10～20味之间，占87．09％。结论：中药治疗肿瘤疾病主要通过扶正固本与清热解毒的联合运用，辨证论治，配伍其他中药，合理用药，从而达到治疗目的。

OBJECTIVE： To understand the characteristics of oncology drugs in Chinese medicine, and usage, to provide the basis for clinical therapy. METHODS： A random sampling method from October 2008 to March 2009 oncology outpatient prescription medicine 426, on the prescription for statistical analysis. RESULTS： 18 kinds of prescription effectiveness of the CPC used in Chinese medicine, the use of frequencies among the top three of the drugs were supplementing drugs, heat-clearing drugs and clearing damp and promoting diuresis drugs; ≥ 5% frequency of drug use in Chinese medicine, 59 species, among the top three of the followed by Astragalus, Coix Seed, Hedyotis diffusa; prescription Smell the largest number of taste between 10 and 20, accounting for 87.09%. CONCLUSION： Herbal treatment of cancer disease that treatment based on syndrome differentiation mainly through strengthening and consolidating body resistance with the use of clearing heat-toxicity, compatibility of other Chinese medicine, rational drug use, so as to achieve therapeutic purposes.
