心肺复苏中单用肾上腺素或联合血管加压素治疗的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨心肺复苏中单用肾上腺素或联合血管加压素治疗的临床效果。方法:对照组40例患者给予首剂肾上腺素1mg静脉推注;观察组52例患者给予首剂肾上腺素1mg及血管加压素40U静脉推注。如心电未恢复,2组患者均每隔5min重复给药,直到自主循环恢复。观察自主循环恢复情况、24h及出院存活情况。结果:观察组自主循环恢复率、自主循环恢复时间分别为75.00%、(8.6±2.3)min,对照组分别为52.50%、(18.8±4.5)min,2组比较具有统计学差异(P〈0.05、〈0.01);2组患者的24h存活率、出院率比较,亦均具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:在CPR中联合应用肾上腺素和血管加压素,患者自主心律恢复率和时间明显优于单用肾上腺素,24h和出院存活率亦高于单用肾上腺索组,近期效果显著。但由于随访所限,长期复苏效果有待进一步研究。
