摘要
目的探讨气管切开术在急重症患者救治中的应用价值。方法分析2004年7月至2006年6月行气管切开的148例急重症患者的临床资料，总结经验教训。结果148例患者中104例患者经气管切开等综合治疗后救治成功，成功率为70．3％。结论及时行气管切开术可提高急重症患者救治的成功率。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the application valuation of tracheotomy in treating the acute severe patients. METHODS： To summarize experiences and lessons by analyzing the clinical information of one hundred and forty-eight acute severe patients performing the tracheotomy from July, 2004 to June, 2006. RESULTS：One hundred and four patients were cured through the combination treatment including traeheotomy. The success rate is 70.3%. CONCLUSIONS：Performing the tracheotomy in time can increase the success rate of curing the acute severe patients.
