用电渗法去除1,2-丙二醇中的无机盐

摘要 用电渗法对1,2-丙二醇氯化钠液提纯。研究膜对电压、pH值、原液浓度等条件对其去除氯化钠的影响。结果表明,膜压为2V,pH=7时,经过8小时的电渗脱盐,溶液的电导率可从15 000μS/cm降到200μS/cm,脱盐率达到98.7%,能基本满足工业生产要求。 It was studied that the membrane voltage,pH,concentration of original solution on the removal of sodium chloride.The result shows that the membrane voltage of 2 V,pH = 7,after 8 hours of desalination,the conductivity of the solution from 15 000 μS/cm down to 200 μS/cm,desalination rate of 98.7%,can basically meet the industrial production requirements.
