摘要
劣质煤的燃烧所产生的灰分不仅带来工业窑炉本身的清洁问题,而且使其余热锅炉在利用尾部烟气的同时受热面积灰严重。应用适合的除灰技术,减小吹灰开支,保证良好的除灰效果,就要选择必要的除灰手段。云南驰宏锌锗股份有限公司锌厂109m2沸腾焙烧炉系统余热锅炉,将原有的蒸汽吹灰装置经改造后,置换成以乙炔为燃气的高能脉冲爆破除灰装置,效果明显。
Low quality coal ash produced by combustion of the industrial boilers not only brought their cleaning problem,and while the waste heat boiler use their flue gas,heating surface being dusted seriously.Applicating the ash handling technology,reducing soot expenses,ensuring a good effect,so necessary to choose the means to eliminate the ash.Yunnan Chihong Zinc and Germanium Co.,Ltd.,Zinc Plant 109 m2 Waste Heat Boiler changed Steam soot-blower device into High-energy pulse Blasting dedusting devices using acetylene,the effect is obvious.
