摘要
目的:分析《护理学基础》教学中临岗—实训—协岗—顶岗模式的教学效果,供护理教育者参考和借鉴。方法:在《护理学基础》教学中引入临岗—实训—协岗—顶岗教学模式,通过秩和检验比较243名患者满意度和32家教学医院(174人)用人满意度。结果:传统教学模式和临岗—实训—协岗—顶岗教学模式教学效果存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:该模式能提高学生的专业认知、专业认同,以及教学医院和患者的满意度。
Objective:This paper in order to provide guidance and reference for nursing pedagogue by analysis the teaching effect of the mode of"approaches the post-assists to work- practice- go on duty"in"nursing foundation"in my college. Methods:Finally 243 patients and 32 teaching hospitals(n=174)were recruited for collecting data with the questionnaire of satisfaction,then the teaching effects of the old teaching mode and the new one were compared with the Wilcoxon rank sum test. Results:There were significant differences between the tradition educational model and the pattern of"approaches the post-assists to work- practice- go on duty"in teaching effect (P0.05).Conclusion:The pattern of"approaches the post-assists to work- practice- go on duty"could improve student's specialized cognition and the specialized approval,also the satisfaction of patients and employers in teaching hospital were increased.
