Tau蛋白——新型阿尔茨海默病治疗药物研发靶点 被引量:1

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是老年痴呆症中最主要的类型,其主要临床特征是记忆力丧失以及推理、判断、语言能力的受损。AD将成为21世纪威胁人类的最严重疾病之一,据统计仅美国就有450万例AD患者,65岁以上人群发病率为10%,治疗和护理费用昂贵,带来了严重的社会经济负担。AD的发病机制尚未完全阐明,主要病理改变为神经细胞外以β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)为中心的蛋白斑和脑细胞内过度磷酸化的微管相关蛋白(Tau蛋白)构成的神经纤维缠结(NFT)。
