白塞病

摘要 病历摘要 患者 男，48岁，于2009年7月人院，近2个月有时头晕，近1周低热（37．1～37．5℃），自认为患感冒，服感冒药有所减轻，仍能坚持工作，人院前2d发现痰血数口，行胸部X线片检查示双肺散在大小不等（0．5—1．5cm）、密度一致、边界清楚、光滑的5个结节，CT强化扫描为肺动脉瘤，入院前半天因如厕后起身时突感视力模糊、左侧肢体无力、麻木，
