摘要
目的探讨中国居民谷胱甘肽转硫酶M_1(GSTM_1)、谷胱甘肽转硫酶T_1(GSTT_1)基因缺失与胃癌易感性的关系。方法检索有关中国居民GSTM_1、GSTT_1基因缺失与胃癌易感性关系的文献进行Meta分析,以病例组和对照组GSTM_1缺失或GSTT_1缺失的比值比(0R)为效应指标,对文献进行评价筛选,一致性检验,计算合并0R值及95%可信区间(95%CI)。结果最终纳入系统评价进行Meta分析的GSTM1基因缺失或GSTT_1缺失与胃癌关系研究的有13篇,包括胃癌患者1 409例,对照2 022例,Meta分析结果GSTM1基因缺失与胃癌关系合并0R=1.84,95%CI为1.40~2.42。GSTT1基因缺失与胃癌关系合并0R=1.24,95%CI为0.93~1.65。结论目前相关研究结果的Meta分析显示中国居民GSTM_1基因缺失与胃癌易感性有关,而GSTT1基因缺失与胃癌易感性无关。
Objective To study the relationship between glutathione S-transferase M_1(GSTM_1) null genotype or glutathione S-transferase T_1(GSTT_1) null genotype and the susceptibility to gastric cancer in Chinese.Methods The relevant papers about the relationship between GSTM_1 null genotype or GSTT_1 null genotype and the susceptibility to gastric cancer in CNKI,CBMdisc and PubMed were found out and applied for Meta-analysis.Odds ratio(OR) of GSTM_1 or GSTT_1 null genotype distributions in patients with gastric cancer against healthy control was used as an effector.The Meta-analysis was applied for heterogeneity test and pooled OR calculation.Results Of the 13 case-control studies selected for the Meta-analysis of the relationship between GSTM_1 or GSTT_1 null genotype and the susceptibility to gastric cancer,a total of 1409 gastric cancer cases and 2022 control were included.The pooled odds ratio of GSTM_1 null genotype was 1.84(95%CI 1.40-2.42) and the pooled odds ratio of GSTT_1 null genotype was 1.24(95%CI 0.93-1.65).Conclusion The GSTM_1 null genotype appears to be associated with an increase risk of the gastric cancer in Chinese residents,but the GSTT_1 null genotype is not associated with the susceptibility to gastric cancer in Chinese residents.
