呼和浩特市居民高血压认知情况病例对照研究

Case-control study analysis on cognition of hypertension in Huhehaote city residents

目的了解呼和浩特市居民对高血压的认知情况,以便开展有针对性的高血压健康教育和健康促进。方法采用自行设计的中老年高血压影响因素的调查表做问卷调查,在现况调查的基础上,对334例中老年观察对象进行成组病例对照研究(其中病例:158人,对照176人),对其进行高血压知识调查。结果呼和浩特市居民对血压的正常值,定期体检测量血压,用药知识等认识不够,对健康教育宣传认同不够。结论采取多种形式的健康教育及健康促进是提高居民高血压防治意识的重要途径。

Objective To survey and analyze Huhehaote city residents＇cognition of hypertension,and to carry out hypertensive health education and health promotion.Method The investigation was carried out with convenience sampling of 334 residents in a community with self- designed questionnaire（The investigation on hypertension of influence factors）.Results The cognition to the hypertension in the residents was not enough,including how to take medicine,no measure blood pressure at regular intervals,not known the normal value of blood pressure,The identification with health education was also not enough,Conclusion Huhehaote service concepts,taking forms of health education and health promotion may be an important approach to increase the information of prevention on hypertension.
