离休人员医疗费用情况分析

目的了解乌鲁木齐铁路局离休人员医疗费用现状,分析存在的问题,为提出相应的完善措施提供依据。方法应用实证研究、定量分析和文献比较方法。结果六年间离休人员总数和记账人数呈逐年下降的趋势,年增长速度依次为-8.85和-3.83;离休人员周转金发放金额、记账费用、住院人均费用和人均支出呈逐年增长趋势,年增长速度依次为12.95%、15.77%、22.58%和26.37%。结论加强对定点医疗机构的监督管理,适当提高医疗周转金发放额度,加强政策宣传和对患者的思想教育,提高离休人员自我保健意识。
