摘要
利用硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化硅粉体进行超声表面改性,采用动态光散射粒度仪(DLS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和透射电镜(TEM)等分析手段对表面改性前后的纳米二氧化硅进行表征。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂能够成功地对纳米二氧化硅进行改性,并且提高其分散性。经硅烷偶联剂改性的纳米二氧化硅活化率提高,团聚减少,粒子分布更加均匀。
The reaction of SiO2 nano-particles grafted with silane coupling agent was carried out by the ultrasonic method. The surface structure and characteristics of modified particles were studied and characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), FT-IR and TEM. The results showed that silane coupling agent could modify SiO2 nano-particles successfully and improve its dispersivity. The activation rate of SiO2 nano-particles increased and the dispersion of the SiO2 nano-particles was improved simultaneously.
