酷似急性心肌梗死的病毒性心肌炎3例报告

摘要临床上酷似急性心肌梗死的病毒性心肌炎极易误诊为急性心肌梗死,要避免误诊就要求临床医生必须具备"整体意识",思维面广,不能仅凭某一局部症状就做出诊断,细心询问病史和认真查体以及仔细分析心电图的改变至关重要,否则可能会延误患者的生命。
