大肠癌雌激素受体和P-糖蛋白表达的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究大肠癌雌激素受体(ER)与P糖蛋白(Pgp)表达之间的关系,采用免疫组化法检测65例大肠癌组织及21例正常大肠粘膜的ER及Pgp表达情况。大肠癌组织ER与Pgp的表达率分别为75.4%、73.8%。ER及Pgp的表达率在大肠组织明显高于相邻正常粘模(P<0.05,P<0.01),不论是大肠癌组织还是正常大肠粘膜,其ER与Pgp的表达无相关性(P>0.05),ER及Pgp表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、形态、部位及Dukes′分期均无显著相关。研究表明大肠粘膜在癌变过程中ER和Pgp的表达增加;ER、Pgp作为单一指标尚难判断大肠癌病情及预后。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of estrogen receptor(ER) and P glycoprotein(Pgp) in human primary colorectal carcinoma and the relationship of ER and Pgp expressions with biological behaviors of the tumor.Sixty five patients undergone colorectal cancer resection were engaged.The case records and pathological reports were reviewed.Paraffin embeded tumor samples from the 65 cases as well as the adjacent normal mucosa from 21 cases wre examined.The ER and Pgp expression were determined with immunohistological technique.The relationship between the expressions of ER and Pgp and clinical and pathological characteristics were evaluated.The investigations showed that the positive expression of ER and Pgp were detected in 75.4% and 73.8% of the tumor tissue respectively.The rates of positive expression of ER and Pgp were high in tumor tissues than in normal mucosa(p<0.05).ER expression in the tumor was independent of sex and age of the patients,size,site and Dukes stage of the tumors,so did Pgp expression.The results show that ER and Pgp expression increased in the course of carcinogenesis of colorectal carcinoma.However,there was no strong evidence indicating that the ER or Pgp was related to the clinical presentations and pathological stages.
