摘要 采用60Co单次全身照射及高剂量环磷酰胺等多药化疗的骨髓移植预处理,探讨疗效高且相关毒性低的预处理方案。结果自体骨髓移植10例,异基因骨髓移植1例均1次性植活。11例中生存5例(45.5%),持续完全缓解中位时间24.4个月,复发5例(45.5%),其中复发死亡3例,复发中位时间10.8个月。本组行2次自体骨髓移植3例,生存2例,非复发死亡1例。提示本方案具有较强的抗肿瘤作用且相关毒性较低,同时提示2次自体骨髓移植,可能有助于提高自体骨髓移植的疗效。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the pretreatment scheme for transplantation of bone marrow.Eleven patients received single TBI plus high dose combined chemotherapy mainly using cyclophosphamide.Of the eleven patients,ten were treated by autotransplantation of bone marrow and one by allogeneic transplantation.Five patients (45.5%)survived and the median continuous CR time was 24.4 months.Five patients recurred and the median time of recurrence was 10.8 months.Two of the three patients who were treated by double autotransplantation survived and one died from another disease.It is pointed out that the scheme has reltively high antineoplastic activity and relatively low correlating toxicity and two times of autotransplantation may contribute to increasing the curative effect of bone marrow transplantation.
