院校科研工作在造就高水平的专家、大师，培养高素质军事人才，提高院校办学层次等方面具有重要作用。为此，必须进一步提高学术创新能力，发挥科研工作为教学服务的作用；提高技术创新能力，发挥科研工作为部队战斗力服务的作用。

Scientific and research work has an important effect on training high -level experts, great masters, rearing high -quality military talents and improving the college running level. Therefore, academic creative ability needs to be enhanced, the service role of scientific and research work to the teaching should be developed. Meanwhile, technical creative ability is also need to be improved so as to serve the forces to lift combat efficiency.
