摘要
目的:探讨氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白( Ox L D L)中溶血性卵磷脂( L P C)与血管效应的关系。方法:采用 Cu2+ 对低密度脂蛋白进行氧化修饰,测定 Ox L D L 的磷脂含量及其对血管舒张的影响。结果: Ox L D L 中的 L P C 量增加,卵磷脂( P C)量减少。 Ox L D L 明显抑制血管内皮依赖性舒张,且抑制强度与 L P C量呈正相关。结论: Ox L D L 对血管舒张的抑制作用与 L P C 有关。
Objective:To study relationship between LPC (lysophosphatidylcholine) of oxidized LDL (low density lipoprotein) and impairment of endothelium dependent vasorelaxation.Methods:LDL was oxidatively modified by Cu 2+ at 37℃.Phospholipids were measured.Endothelium dependent vasorelaxation was investigated.Results:Oxidized LDL significantly increased LPC and decreased PC contents.Oxidized LDL produced impairment of endothelium dependent vasorelaxation in rat aortic rings.LDL with higher LPC contents had greater impairment endothelium dependent vasorelaxation than LDL with lower LPC contents.Conclusion:Impairment of endothelium dependent vasorelaxation produced by oxidized LDL is related to amount of LPC.
