摘要 自我妨碍最早由Berglas和Jones提出,他们将其定义为:“在评价情境中,个体为了回避或降低因不佳表现所带来的负面影响而采取的任何能够增大将失败原因外化机会的行动和选择。”常见形式有两种,一是行为式自我妨碍,如在作业前服用抑制作业表现的药物、酗酒、缩短练习时问、减少努力的程度、
