摘要
目的:观察牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠血浆、肾脏内皮素( E T)和一氧化氮( N O)水平的调节作用。方法:链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠接受牛磺酸(300 m g/kg)处理 3 周后,测定血浆 E T、 N O、尿 E T 和肾皮质 N O 水平。结果:链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠血浆 E T、肾皮质 N O 水平和尿 E T 排泄量均较对照组明显升高,而血浆 N O 水平明显降低;牛磺酸处理的糖尿病大鼠上述参数均有不同程度逆转。结论:牛磺酸可影响糖尿病状态下 E T 和 N O 的合成和/或释放。
Objective:To study the regulative effects of taurine on plasma and renal levels of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO).Methods:Streptozotocin induced diabetic rats were treated with taurine (300 mg/kg.bw) for 3 weeks;plasma levels of ET and NO,urinary ET excretion and NO level in renal cortex were examined.Results:Plasma ET level,NO level in renal cortex and urinary ET excretion were significantly higher,while plasma NO level was lower in diabetic rats than that in control ones.In taurine treated diabetic rats,plasma ET level,NO level in renal cortex and urinary ET excretion were markedly decreased;plasma NO level was obviously increased as compared with untreated diabetic animals.Conclusion:These data indicate that taurine influences the production and/or release of ET and NIO in diabetic rats.
