卵巢上皮性肿瘤DNA含量测定及其临床应用

Determination of DNA contents in epithelial tumor of ovary and the clinical application

目的：观察卵巢上皮性肿瘤良性、交界性、恶性各组的 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 含量及细胞核面积、周长的差异，探讨其与预后的关系，确立诊断标准。方法：利用流式细胞仪及图像分析仪对病理标本蜡块制备的单细胞悬液及切片进行定量测定。结果：所测各组值随恶性程度增加而增加，恶性肿瘤组与术后生存期呈负相关。结论： Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 含量、细胞面积及周长可做为卵巢上皮性、交界性、恶性肿瘤的诊断标准及确定肿瘤性质、估定恶性肿瘤预后的依据。

Objective:The difference in DNA content,area and perimeter of nucleus and index of cell proliferation among benign,junctional and malignant tumor and the relationship with prognosis were observed.Methods:Single cell suspension and slice were made from pathological sample was lump and then determined by flow type cytograph and image pattern analysis instrument.Results:There was significant difference in statistics:values in every group increased with increasing malignant degree.Conclusion:DNA content,area and perimeter of nucleus in malignant group negatively correlate with survival period after operation.There is a relationship between prognosis and ratio of S stage,heteroploid rate,index of cell proliferation.The diagnostic standard of junctional and malignant tumor is suggested by the use of DNA content,area and perimeter of nucleus.
