摘要
地铁工程的施工缝是渗漏水的易发部位,可采用遇水膨胀止水条、中埋止水带、外贴止水带、预埋注浆防水系统等方法来进行防水。本文分析了预埋注浆防水系统相比较于其他防水措施所具有的技术上的优势,介绍了该系统技术常采用的HXP双组分聚氨酯、DP40双组分环氧树脂、Flex弹性单组分聚氨酯、GTI丙烯酸盐以及OI超细水泥等几种预防水材料,并对正确应用该系统技术进行了探讨。
The construction joints of subway engineering are vulnerable places to leaking.There are many solutions for it,such as hydroexpandable water stop,built-in water stop,water stop laid outside and pre-buried grouting waterproofing system.The article analyses strong points of the last system technically by comparison with other waterproofing measures,introduces some waterproofing materials often used in the system,like HXP two components polyurethane,DP40 two components epoxy resin,Flex elastic single component polyurethane,GTI acrylate and OI extra fine cement.In addition it has a discussion on how to use the system properly.
