光纤光谱仪在动物学研究中的应用

摘要 如何定量化研究动物的颜色是动物学研究的一项重要内容。许多动物的视觉范围比人类宽,但以往都以人类主观对颜色进行分类,并没有很好地对其进行量化。光纤光谱仪能够精细量化动物的颜色,包括人眼无法探测的紫外光(UV)部分。介绍了光纤光谱仪的组成和工作原理,概述了光谱仪在动物学研究中的应用。利用光谱仪对动物颜色的定量化分析,可为动物学研究提供更客观和科学的数据。
