丁酸钠抑制卵巢癌细胞侵袭及转移能力的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨组蛋白去乙酰基酶抑制剂丁酸钠对卵巢癌细胞株CAOV3侵袭及转移能力的影响。方法:用不同浓度的丁酸钠处理CAOV3细胞,MTT比色法、克隆形成实验测定其对细胞生长的抑制情况,细胞黏附实验、Transwell小室和划痕损伤实验观察其对细胞黏附、迁移和侵袭能力的影响。结果:丁酸钠抑制CAOV3细胞的生长,并呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05);其对CAOV3细胞的黏附、迁移和侵袭能力均有明显的抑制作用,其抑制率呈剂量效应曲线(P<0.05)。结论:丁酸钠对卵巢癌细胞株CAOV3的侵袭及转移能力有明显的抑制作用。 Objective:To explore the effect of sodium butyrate on invasion and metastasis of human ovarian cancer cell line CAOV3.Methods:The CAOV3 cells were treated with sodium butyrate of various concentrations,Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay and colon formation assay were used to observe the inhibitory effect on growth of CAOV3 cells,cell adhesion test,Transwell assay and wound assay were used to observe the effect on adhesion,invasion and migration of CAOV3 cells.Results:Sodium butyrate could inhibit the growth of CAOV3 cell line,showing a dose-dependent manner(P〈0.05);sodium butyrate inhibited the adhesion,invasion and migration of CAOV3 cells,the inhibition rate showed a dose-effect curve(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Sodium butyrate can inhibit the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer cell line CAOV3 obviously.
